Shipping
Orders in Lithuania are delivered via DPD couriers.
Shipping cost in Lithuania is €3.99. The shipping cost will be automatically added on the checkout page.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment, depending on our workload, the complexity of your design, and the size of the order. After dispatch, shipments within Lithuania are usually delivered within 1-2 business days.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD notification via SMS or email with tracking information.
Upon receiving the DPD notification, you will be able to:
- change the delivery time;
- redirect the shipment to a selected DPD parcel locker or pick-up point;
- track the delivery progress of your shipment.
Delivery times may vary during holiday periods, due to increased courier workloads, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you have received a damaged shipment or noticed damage to the packaging, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible via email at hi@printmybite.lt and attaching photos of the shipment.
Returns and exchanges
As products are custom-made according to your design or text, personalized items are not returnable.
Also, given that "Print My Bite" exclusively sells food products, good quality goods, in accordance with Paragraph 15 of the Retail Trade Rules, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697 of 11 June 2001, are not subject to exchange or return.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at hi@printmybite.lt within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging.
An item is considered defective if:
- its expiration date has passed;
- its packaging is damaged;
- it is spoiled;
- it was mechanically damaged during transport;
- the wrong item was delivered;
- the item does not meet the quality and safety requirements set by legal acts.
Subjective assessments of taste, smell, color, or texture that are not related to product quality defects are not considered as product defects.
