These purchase rules apply to the purchase of goods in the online store Print My Bite. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these rules.

2. Products
Print My Bite produces personalized edible products with custom printing – for example, wafers, toppers, and other treats.
Products can be made according to your chosen design, text, logo, photo, or other provided file.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct: the selected product, quantity, design, text, delivery details, and contact information.
If you use your own file for the order, you are responsible for its quality and suitability for printing. We recommend uploading a PNG or JPG format image. Logos, short texts, initials, or simple illustrations with clear contours look best.
White color is not printed, and colors on the product may appear slightly softer than on the screen. Avoid very fine details, dark backgrounds, and heavily cluttered designs.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are stated in euros. The final order amount is visible before confirming the order.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. The order begins to be processed only after payment is received.
We reserve the right to change product prices, delivery prices, or offers, but such changes do not apply to orders already confirmed and paid for.
5. Production and Delivery
Orders are produced individually, according to your chosen or provided data. Typically, orders are produced and dispatched within the term specified on the website.
Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and country. During holiday periods or when the number of orders increases, production and delivery may take longer.
Print My Bite is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrectly provided delivery data, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Order Cancellation
Since most of our products are custom-made according to your chosen design, text, or uploaded file, such goods are not returnable, except in cases where the product arrives of poor quality, damaged, or was not produced according to the confirmed order.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@printmybite.lt. If the order has not yet started production, we will try to correct or cancel it.
If the product arrived damaged or of poor quality, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and attach photos of the product and packaging.
7. Customer-Provided Content
By uploading a design, logo, photo, or other file, you confirm that you have the right to use it and transfer it to us for printing on the product.
It is prohibited to upload content that infringes third-party rights, copyrights, trademarks, or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the provided content is inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or may infringe the rights of other persons.
8. Product Appearance
We strive to reproduce your chosen or provided design as accurately as possible, but the final result may differ slightly from the image on the screen. Color differences may arise due to screen settings, the surface of the edible product, and the properties of edible dyes.
Such minor differences in color, brightness, or layout are not considered product defects.
9. Website Information
We strive for all information provided on the website to be accurate and up-to-date. However, technical errors, inaccuracies, or delays in information updates may occur on the website.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, photos, delivery information, or these rules at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Print My Bite is not responsible for losses arising from incorrectly provided order data, poor file quality, use of customer-provided content, or disruptions in third-party services.
Our liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is limited to the value of the specific order.
11. Changes to the Rules
We may update these purchase rules at any time. The latest version of the rules is always published on this website.
The rules valid at the time of order placement apply to that specific order.
