What file formats can I use for design?
Upload a PNG or JPG image. Logos, initials, short texts or simple illustrations with clear outlines look best.
Will the product colors be the same as on the screen?
Colors on the wafer or topper may appear slightly softer than on screen. This is normal due to the product's surface and edible inks.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Typically, we produce and ship within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Do you ship to other European Union countries?
For orders to other European Union countries, delivery terms are agreed upon individually. Please contact us by email at hi@printmybite.lt for delivery options and pricing.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. After the order is confirmed and paid, you will receive an email at the email address provided during the order with an active link "Download PDF invoice".
By clicking on this link, you will be able to generate and download the invoice.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. For holidays, we recommend ordering in advance.
Can I return the item?
Since products are custom-made according to your design or text, personalized items are non-returnable.
Are the products edible?
Yes, the products are edible and printed with edible ink.
